Room prices includes a full English farmhouse breakfast. When booking at least one night's payment is required in advance. During peak season a non-refundable deposit of at least 50% must be received prior to arrival. All rooms have tea making facilities and a colour television. There is also a separate shower room and bathroom for guests without an en-suite.
